I. Chain of Commands is as follow (in order)
General of The Army
KoP Councils
Battalion Commander (every 2 Companies form 1 Battalion)
Company Commander (Every 3 Platoons form 1)
Platoon Commander (Every 3 Squads form 1 Platoon)
Squad Leader ( Every 5 men form 1 Squad)
II. Battalion & County Commander must be at least an officer and he will automatically have a seat in the KoP council. He can directly order his men under his command. He will usually leave the running of the armed forces to the Company Commander but can step in at any time.
III. Company Commander & Town Commander must hold at least the rank of Master Sergeant or above. A recommendation will be made first by Battalion & County Commander but the appointed must be approved by the KoP council. He will have full power over most day-to-day military actions. He will also give recommendation on promotion, merit/de merit points for his men. He must prepare a monthly report and submit to the KoP Councils.
IV. The “Platoon Commander” will be appointed by the Battalion & County Commander. His duty is to assist the Company Commander to implement the Company Commander’s orders and help out in the day-to-day military action. He may also be requested to take charge of a town.
V. “Squad Leader(s)” will be appointed by the Company Commander. He will be in charge of a group 5 ~ 6 knights. They will be under the direct command of the Platoon Commander. He may also request to take charge of a town. _________________
